More Snowy Fun!

The snow continued through the night on Thursday, and this is the scene that I woke up to on Friday morning. So beautiful, and rare for East Texas. We had about 6 inches in all.

The minute Zack saw the snow outside that morning, he wanted to go outside and play. Here he is in his snow suit that Grandma got him for Colorado. Who knew we would use it in Texas!

Kris did not work on Friday because his office didn't have any power. This meant that he got to play in the snow with Zack! They had a great time.

Notice how deep the snow is on Zack.

Their cute snowman!

What a great experience Zack had. Good thing Grandma and Papa live in Colorado so that he can have many more fun snow days!

Snow Day!

Today we were blessed with snow in East Texas. It started snowing at 7:30 this morning, and the snow is supposed to continue through the night. Zack and I had a lot of fun playing in the snow today, and hopefully we can play more tomorrow.

So you know, Zack had on gloves, and he kept taking them off. I guess after a while, he just couldn't feel the cold anymore!

We went inside to get a new (and dry) pair of gloves, and he saw his hats and tie that were in the same basket. Zack had to have his tie and three hats on. You will notice in later pictures that he is wearing a different hat. Only Zack would want to wear a tie to play out in the snow!!!

This is as close as Noah got to the snow. He was the smart one staying all warm and cozy in the house! He watched us from the window - actually he was sleeping the whole time we were outside! Oh to be a little baby again!

One month old today!

Happy one month Noah! You are so special to us and thank you for blessing our lives this past month. We look forward to many, many more months to come! (Cupcake pictures to come soon!)

Baby Eat

Today I walked into Zack's playroom and this is what I found. He looked up at me and said, "Mama, baby eat!". He was so proud of himself for feeding his baby just like Mama feeds Noah!

The past month

It was so nice to have everyone here to celebrate Noah's birth. Here are Grandma and Grandpa (re-named Papa since then), and MeMe and Pappy with their beautiful grandsons.

Big boy on his tricycle!

Wow, Zack looks so big next to Noah!

Welcome to our little man - Noah

I would like to officially introduce you to Noah Bradford Thornton. Noah was born January 5th and weighed 6 lb., 11 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long. He is so perfect and we love our little guy so much! The delivery went great and quite quickly! Mommy was at her doctor's appointment that morning at 10 am, and by 4:30 that afternoon, Noah was here! We are so excited to have his as part of our family - happy Birthday little Noah.
